29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: The employer is failing to ensure employees performing steel erection activities are trained the requirements of this section. This was most recently documented at 265 N. Showboat Boulevard, Hastings, Nebraska on or about January 26th, 2018 when employees were working on the steel platform of an erected mixing tower without utilizing fall protection. Employees had either had no training or were trained and did not understand the information given to them to in order to protect them from fall hazards while working at elevation.
