29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Worksite was located at 235 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302 Employees were observed doing layout work and setting decking around unprotected reinforcing steel exposing themselves to possible impalement. Violation was observed on or about December 8th, 2017 and December 11th, 2017.
