29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about November 7, 2017, the employer did not provide lockout/tagout training to the employees. The employees use the following machines, that require lock out/tag out, to include but not limited to: the Solid Surface Mixer, Large Mixer, Medium Mixer, small mixer south, small mixer north, Hostess carts #1 -#4, bucket vein mixer, Powermatic RB37 wide belt sander, Sallair 1800 Compressor, Hitachi CLOFSB radial arm saw, Hitachi CLOFSB radial arm saw, Ryobi radial arm saw, and Excaliber radial arm saw.
