29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) 1000 Fox Street, Bronx, NY - Fox Street Side of Buildings: An employee without fall protection was climbing and working/standing on cross bracing of tubular welded scaffolding approximately 7 stories above the ground level in order to re-attach debris netting and the employer did not ensure that the employee had received training in the hazards and procedures to control/minimize those hazards; on or about 11/21/17.
