29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Repack Area: Employees adding water to the batteries of electric Hyster Power Industrial Trucks were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes. Employees were exposed to sulfuric acid splashes. The employer did not provide emergency eye wash stations, on or about 10/2/17.
