29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a) At 2307 US Hwy 31S, Bay Minette, AL: On or about September 19, 2017, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by hazards in that employees were allowed to work under a suspended load on the forks of the forklift.
