29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical hazards associated with the operation of electrical equipment. This was most recently documented, on 09/18/17, at the establishment located at 1892 US Hwy 83, Sublette, Kansas. The employer did not ensure electrical disconnects were properly labeled to indicate their intended use for the equipment listed below. a) Exterior disconnect for aeration motor for bin #26. b) Exterior disconnect for aeration motor fan on bin #10. c) Disconnect for man lift in the MCC room.
