29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) Lot 31 Rosshandler RD, Suwannee, GA 30024 On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to employees performing masonry work were exposed to electric shock while operating the DeWalt D28715 chop saw. The extension cord providing power to the saw was missing a ground pin.
