29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not dead front. On or about 19 July 2017, and at times prior thereto, in the maintenance shop, employees were required to switch breakers and work in close proximity to an electric panel board that had exposed live electric parts up to 480-V, due to a missing cover, exposing the employees to the hazard of electric shock.
