29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about July 5, 2017, employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to the following: a. the electrical box when the panel cover on the breaker box in the closet in the office that was accessed to turn lights on/off was missing screws and was loose. b. the electrical outlet box on the column in the bulk storage area was missing the cover. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
