29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(3)(i)(C): The employer did not provide HEPA filters for powered and non-powered air-purifying respirators. a) On July 19, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not provide employees working on the Cathode Ray Tube Line with air-purifying respirators with HEPA filters, when employees' exposure to lead exceeded the permissible exposure limit. Employees were provided Home Depot HDX H950S N-95 respirators.
