29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: mployees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Just outside of the warehouse there were two electrical panel boxes, each of 110 volts, were not effectively closed. This facility works in and around ammunition; loading, sorting, packing and distributing.
