29 CFR 1910.265(e)(6)(i)(c): Pressure feed rolls and pineapples on planer(s) were not guarded: a) Planer Mill - Pineapple infeed rolls and pressure infeed rolls to planer; On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that the employer failed to guard pressure feed rolls and pineapple rolls where employees worked in close proximity to the equipment.
