29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in: On or about 5/16/2017 at buildings 300 at 315 Oconee Street, Athens, GA: Employer failed to ensure all employees erecting, dismantling, operating, inspecting, or moving the mast climbing scaffolding systems at heights at or above 40 feet from ground level were trained by a competent person to recognize hazards, such as but not limited to, installation and securing of outrigger planks, guardrail installation, cribbing and securing support jacks.
