29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage shall be separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. 101 North Main Street, Newark, Illinois, west building shop, east entrance: on or about May 4, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards where stored Oxygen cylinders were not separated from Acetylene and Propylene (fuel-gas)cylinders that were also not prevented from falling and being struck-by moving forklifts in the immediate area. There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
