29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-under and struck-by hazards associated with using slings to lift and suspend loads. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on May 4, 2017 at the facility located at 13433 Centech Rd, Omaha, NE 68138. The employer has employees lifting loads using alloy steel chain slings which are not labeled with legible identification.
