29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. On 3/13/17, at the Oakwood facility, the employer did not perform fire extinguisher inspections on an at least annual basis. Extinguisher inspection tags indicated the last date of inspection on extinguishers being 5/2015.
