29 CFR 1915.502(a): A written fire safety plan was not developed and implemented by the employer that covered all of the actions necessary to ensure the employees safety in the event of a fire. a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 8, 2017 did not develop and implement an adequate site specific fire safety plan for employees working onboard the Lewis J Kuber barge that covered all of the actions necessary to ensure employees safety in the event of a fire. Significant fire hazards include but are not limited to: flammable gas, hazardous chemicals, and combustible materials.
