29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about January 18, 2012, the employer does not ensure electrical overcurrent devices are readily accessible where material and a compressed cylinder are stored in front of the 220vac and the 440vac disconnect boxes in the maintenance shop. The employees are exposed to an electrical shock and/or fire hazard.
