29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): 29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): Inspections and testing procedures performed on process equipment to maintain its mechanical integrity did not follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP): a. Chiller Room: On or about February 9, 2017, employees were exposed to ammonia release hazards, in that piping that was found with corrosion was not cleaned and repainted as identified on the yearly pipe inspection, to prevent further deterioration of the pipe.
