29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer shall ensure that each employee is trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 regarding potentially hazardous materials release during welding and cutting. Plasma cutting employees were not trained on the Occupational Health Hazards of metals potentially release while welding and cutting, including but not limited to: lead, copper, iron oxide, manganese and chromium.
