29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Grounding. Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flash point below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers where the nozzle and container were not electrically interconnected: (a) On or about October 27, 2016, in the flammable storage room: Acetone was dispensed into containers for use throughout the facility from two (2) 55 gallon drums. Both of the drums of acetone were not grounded and when acetone was dispensed into smaller containers, no bonding wire was used.
