29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: At the establishment, in the southeast cutting department, the black power cord to the Fedstool cutting machine was severely cut, frayed and wrapped with black tape on several places on the cord, exposing employees to the hazard of electrical burns and shock.
