29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: At the site on or about 21 March, 2016; electrical boxes on equipment employees used had unused openings at: a) In the threading area; an employee working on a double threading machine; unknown model or serial number was exposed to an unused opening on the machines power control box, exposing the employee to electrical hazards. b) In the threading area: an employee working on a LANDIS brand lathe; unknown model or serial number was exposed to an unused opening on the lathes power control box, exposing the employee to electrical hazards.
