29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to falls of over 30 feet from a job built scaffold to the ground below where a job built scaffold had unsupported planks that extended over two feet over the edge of the bearer as well as the house itself.
