29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a. On the EMBA gluer 6110496 machine, the horizontal belts were not guarded, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard, on or about 1/11/16. Avatar Packaging, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1056142, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/18/15, with respect to a workplace located at 5110 West Idlewild Ave, Tampa, FL 33634.
