29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Facilities were not provided for flushing and neutralizing spilled electrolyte, for fire protection, for protecting charging apparatus from damage by trucks: The employer is failing to protect employees from corrosive materials in the forklift battery maintenance and charging area. This was most recently documented at 1329 West Highway 6, Holdrege, Nebraska where employees were adding distilled water to the lead acid batteries where quick drenching and flushing equipment was not available.
