29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about 8/27/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were permitted to work near energized transmission lines while working from a Genie Lift and climbing on the structure while dismantling a bridge. The local utility was not contacted to de-energize the circuit or provide guarding. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
