29 CFR 1910.334(b)(2): After a circuit protective device operates to deenergize the circuit, the circuit was manually reenergized repetitively without determining that the automatic operation of the device was caused by an overload rather than a fault, and that the equipment and circuit could be safely energized. The repetitive manual reclosing of circuit breakers was not prohibited: a) Campsite - On or prior to August 22, 2015, employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to the repetitive manual reclosing of tripped circuit breakers without determining why the breakers tripped.
