29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township NJ: On or about 07/16/15 a company employee was exposed to fall hazards when using an aluminum extension ladder whose feet were visibly sinking into the sand causing the ladder to be unstable. Condition noted on or about 07/16/15.
