29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack: a) BK Tires, Inc. at 3775 Puritan Way, Frederick, CO 80516: On or before July 16, 2015, the employer did not ensure that loads were cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack. Condition exposed employees to caught in-between hazards. Abatement note: The Norco jack operator's manual provides that the vehicles are to be supported by jack stands with rated capacities equal to or greater than the rated capacities of the jacks.
