29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees Workplace, Stamping Area- The employer did not provide training as specified by this subpart to employees defined as "affected" who work with and around machinery capable of releasing hazardous energy during servicing, maintenance and die changing activities on machinery such as, but not limited to the Bliss 35 ton Mechanical Power Press #5, Serial #H 61460 HP47007; on or about 6/22/15. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
