29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. On or about 4/23/2015, at 1530 Joy Lane, Decatur, GA; employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet, six (6) inches to the lower level where the fabricated frame scaffold was erected by an employee that was not a competent person.
