29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide information to the employees on operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present. On or about December 07, 2016 welding employees were exposed to chemical hazards from welding fumes where the employer did not provide information on the presence of chromium(VI) during stainless steel welding operations.
