29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point-of-operation by reaching through, over, under, or around the guards: At 500 Newton Street, Park Hills, MO, 63601, specifically inside of the Fabrication Department, access to the point-of-operation belonging to the Rousselle 60T Mechanical Punch Press, m/n 6, s/n 20566, was available by reaching over the top of the fixed, barrier guard. The opening measured approximately 24 inches wide and nine inches deep. This violation was observed on 07/26/17.
