29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: This violation most recently occurred on or about April 7, 2014, at the establishment located at 1902 South Park Avenue in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where hazard communication training had not been provided for the benefit of employees using and/or exposed to hazardous chemicals and/or ingredients such as but not limited to sodium hydroxide and metasilicate contained in Tire Slickum tire mounting lube & bead sealer being used by employees.
