29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training the covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i)-(vii): Long Shot Pistol & Rifle, LLC, 375 County Ave Secaucus, NJ a) The employer did not provide training to employee(s) required to wear respirators such as 3M full face respirator with cartridges while performing cleaning activities of lead containing material. An employee performing cleaning activities in the facility was exposed to respirable lead concentrations exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 2.67x. The exposure is equivalent to a time-weighted average of 133.7 ug/m3 exceeded the PEL of 50 ug/m3. The sample time was 229 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time period of 251 minutes. Violation occurred on or about June 10th, 2023.
