29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the wheel periphery and the adjustable tongue or the end of the peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch: At 9875 Gravois Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, specifically inside of the Mechanic Shop, the dual, bench mounted, abrasive wheel grinder was not equipped with two tongue guards. The distance between the abrasive wheel and the upper peripheral guard was measured at approximately .5 inches. This violation was noted on 01/13/20.
