29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, specifically inside of the Robot Dumper Robot Area, the cover belonging to the Robot Dumper Control Cabinet was missing. The single receptacle belonging to this cabinet was also missing its cover. This violation was noted on 10/16/18.
