29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: 1) Production Area - The employer did not provide training to employees on the new hazard communication standard Global Harmonized System (GHS) that took effective December 1, 2013. Employees were not familiar with the new hazard communication standard. Employees are using hazardous chemicals such as but limited to sodium hypochlorite, propylene glycol monobutyl ether and petroleum gas.
