29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use:(a) This violation was most recently observed on or about April 7, 2014, at the establishment located at 1902 South Park Avenue in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where safety data sheets were not maintained for products such as but not limited to Tire Slickum tire mounting lube & bead sealer containing hazardous chemicals and/or ingredients such as but not limited to sodium hydroxide and metasilicate being used by employees.
