29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: 1. On or about August 26, 2024, at the hole tech work area an employee was utilizing an electrical breaker box that had exposed breakers/switches. 2. On or about August 27, 2024, at the loading dock work area employees were utilizing an air compressor switch which did not have its guard in place.
