29 CFR 1910.134(k):The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary. a) Hau Processing Labs: On March 12, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from chemicals such as, but not limited to, Methylene Chloride and Dimethylformamide. The employer supplied employees with respirators and required employees to wear them but had not provided them with required training and information required to use respirators.
