29 CFR 1926.1431(f)(3)(ii): Materials and tools were not evenly distributed within the confines of the platform while it is suspended: (a)Northland Concrete and Masonry Company, LLC at 1508 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to May 25, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls, crushing, and struck-by hazards in that formwork, metal box of ties, and equipment being hoisted on the Doka platform were not evenly distributed within the confines of the platform. This condition exposed employees to falls, crushing, and struck-by hazards.
