29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: At the jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Ave. Topeka, Kansas, in room 106 employees performing paint scraping and preparation activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not determined, through a medical evaluation, the employees' ability to use a respirator before the employee(s) are fit tested or required to use a respirator. Employees were required to use 3M 8511 N95 respirator.
