29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. 200 S. First St., Elizabeth, NJ The employer did not ensure that Authorized employees received hazardous energy control training. Employees engaged in the recycling of wire products operated and maintained a Genox Machine wire shredding machine and Strip Technology, Inc. Hydraulic Metal Shears, where regular maintenance and repair was required, and the employee was not provided Lockout/Tagout training that included methods and means needed to isolate electrical and mechanical energy. Violation occurred on or about February 18, 2022
