At the jobsite located at 203 Bay Dr. N Bradenton Beach, Florida, East side of the building - On or about June 23, 2021, the outrigger supported scaffold system was not designed by a registered professional engineer, exposing employees, installing the fascia, to a 25 foot fall hazard.
