29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. On or about January 30, 2019, at jobsite located at 3373 NW 107th St, Miami, FL 33167, the employer did not ensure that the GHS training requirements under the 2012 Hazard Communication Standard were met for employees exposed or could potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Clorox Germicidal Bleach (corrosive, pH 12); Lysol Brand Mold & Mildew Blaster Bleach & Shine (corrosive, pH between 12.3 - 12.7); and Purple Power Concentrated Industrial Strength Cleaner/Degreaser, (corrosive, pH 12.98), Vanadium, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Nickel, Zinc, Copper, Iron Oxide, Manganese, and Chromium.
