29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) In the production area, where the temporary flexible cord used to supply electrical power to the Oddy Novatek 2 machine was not equipped with a strain relief which exposed the employees to electrical hazards. b) In the production area, where the temporary flexible cord used to supply electrical power to the dough cutting machine was not equipped with a strain relief which exposed the employees to electrical hazards. c) In the production area, where the temporary flexible cords used to supply electrical power to the vertical floor mixing machines were not equipped with a strain reliefs which exposed the employees to electrical hazards. d) In the production area adjacent to the vertical floor mixers, where the temporary flexible cord was used to supply electrical power to the horizontal mixing machine was not equipped with a strain relief which exposed the employees to electrical hazards. e) In the production area, where the temporary flexible cord was used to supply electrical power to the loafing machine was not equipped with a strain relief which exposed the employees to electrical hazards.
