29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a). On or about 4/10/17, on site, for employees in batching. Employees are required to don a 3M 6000 full face respirator when mixing powders. The employer did not implement a respirator program to include training. b). On or about 4/10/17, on site, for floor boys.
